Lopez and Noa married after meeting while he was working as a waiter in 1997�a year later they were divorced.
J Lo filed the law suit yesterday in the Los Angeles Superior Court alleging that Noa violated a confidentiality agreement between them by distributing the manuscript of his book to publishers, The Insider reported.
After Noa published excerpts of his book in the New York Post, Lopez�s lawyer contacted Noa attorneys� who said in a letter that Noa would be continuing to tout his book.
According to the lawsuit, in a letter to J Lo, Noa said "that he would not agree to refrain from marketing his book unless (Lopez) paid him the sum of five million dollars."
There has been bad blood between the former married couple since Noa was sacked as manager from Lopez�s Pasadena restaurant.
I reckon she will crush him in the courtroom�however, what is in that book that she doesn�t want anyone to see???
