Matt LeBlanc, formally of �Friends� now of �Joey� has announced he and his wife are divorcing.

LeBlanc married model Melissa McKnight three years ago; they are now divorcing, blaming "irreconcilable differences".

In a statement, Leblanc�s spokesman Joe Libonati said: "Melissa and Matt have decided to end their marriage of three years.

"The dissolution is amicable. They remain devoted parents and friends. For the sake of their family, they ask that their privacy be respected at this time."

The couple are planning on sharing custody of their two year old daughter Marina.
