Lana Del Rey has kept fans waiting in suspense for more than a year to hear her new music and the singer has finally premiered her new single 'West Coast' after a string of live performances over the weekend including the Coachella Music Festival.
'West Coast' will serve as the lead single from Lana's upcoming album 'Ultraviolence' and has proved to be worth the wait with the star's sultry vocals and western sound going down a treat with fans.

After the track premiered this morning, fans flooded Twitter with mostly positive reviews with @XxAwkwardGirlxX simply tweeting: “WEST COAST IS PERFECT!!!!!!!!!! @LanaDelRey.
@asahigallacher was extremely pleased with the track, commenting: “West Coast is f**king amazing, I can't stop listening, your vocals are brilliant @LanaDelRey, can't wait to hear the rest of Ultraviolence.”
@earthboy_ said: “'West Coast' is an incredibly clever piece of music. I cannot wait for Lana Del Rey's new album!!” while @tiffanybrazer simply noted: “West coast is beautiful @LanaDelRey.”
Lyrics from the stunning ballad include: “Down on the West Coast, they got a saying, If you're not drinking, then you're not playing, But you've got the music, you've got the music in you, don't you?”
Lana also sings: “I can see my baby swinging, His parliament is on fire when his hands are up/On the balcony and I'm singing, Ooh baby, ooh baby, I'm in love.”
The 'Blue Jeans' singer debuted 'West Coast' live during her performance at The Chelsea over the weekend and also during her set at the Coachella Music Festival. The track will be available to download on May 18.
