We were stunned when we learned yesterday that one of Hollywood's most talked about couples, Robin Thicke and his wife Paula Patton were to go their separate ways after nine years of marriage, and now Paula has been spotted enjoying some 'me time' by having a spa day.
The couple confirmed the split in a joint statement: "We will always love each other and be best friends; however, we have mutually decided to separate at this time."
And the split comes just as both parties are swamped with work as Robin continues his mammoth Blurred Lines North American Tour, while Paula getting her head stuck in to her latest role in the forthcoming movie 'Warcraft' in Vancouver.

Based on the incredibly popular computer game of the same name, the model and actress has two pretty tasty distractions to keep her mind off her shaky personal life in the form of British hunk Dominic Cooper and Ben Foster.
But thankfully the 38-year-old stunner has still managed to squeeze in some much needed 'me' time with E! News reporting the broken hearted yummy-mummy was treated to the most exclusive VIP treatment on offer by the Eminence Organics office with the president of the company.
Meanwhile her chart-topping 'Blurred Lines' hubby has been living up to his full time dad duties while Paula is off shooting her latest flick. Just the day before the couple announced their separation the singer was spotted treating their 3-year-old boy Julian with a trip to Disneyland. Bless!
On Tuesday he pulled the plug on one of his gigs in North Carolina at the Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort, blaming “unforeseen circumstances”. But the crooner is putting the split behind him for now, channeling all his focus on the remainder of his North American Blurred Lines Tour which continues tonight in Washington DC.
“I want to thank everyone for the well wishes these last few days. My fans mean everything to me," Thicke said on his own website. "I'm looking forward to getting back on out on the road and performing in Washington DC this Thursday, and the rest of the tour.
"Looking forward to seeing everyone out there!"
