Sin City actress, Jessica Alba, has threatened to sue Playboy magazine over claims that editors used an unauthorised cover photo, that mislead readers into thinking there were naked pictures of her inside. Alba�s lawyers have accordingly demanded Playboy publishers pull the March issue.
Alba said that after she refused to pose nude for the mag, editors found a publicity photo of her from last year's Into the Blue flick, superimposed a bunny logo onto her bikini and whacked it on the front page.
Jessica is quoted in the Guardian saying: �Playboy has violated my personal rights and blatantly misled the public, who might think I had given them permission to put me on their cover when I didn�t.�
A Playboy spokeswoman responded by saying the magazine put Alba on the cover after she was named the year�s sexiest star in a readers� poll. Err, that�s okay then�
