Cee-Lo Green announced yesterday that he was done with The Voice and now that we've had time to get over the fact that the 'Forget You' hitmaker was not returning to his red swivel chair, we've come up with five stars who we think have what it takes to become the next coach on The Voice.
Should Usher replace Cee Lo (WENN)
Mr U-turn himself would have no problem with taking on a permanent role on the hit talent show having already appeared on season four and the fact that he's returning to the show for it's sixth season which begins next week. With his wealth of experience and talent, we'd like to see more of Usher on The Voice please.
2. Justin Bieber
Could Justin make a good coach on The Voice (WENN)
Justin has been getting in to trouble recently so we think the Baby hitmaker needs something that will keep him grounded and focused. And what better way to do that then to lend his experience to those who are just starting out in the music industry. Although Justin may find himself with too many girls wanting to be in his team...
3. Katy Perry
Katy may have turned down other TV talent shows but would you like to see her doing The Voice? (WENN)
She may have said no to talent shows in the past but we'd love for Katy to say yes to appearing as a coach on the show. At the moment, Christina Aguilera is the only lady on the team and we think it's about time that changed.
4. Garth Brooks
Should Blake Shelton watch his back? (WENN)
Blake Shelton may have some competition, but that's ok as we think Garth would be a great addition to The Voice family. With his experience of integrating rock with a bit of country, we don't doubt that the talented singers auditioning will want to take every opportunity to bag a place on his team.
5. Nick Carter
Backstreet's back! Oh how we'd love ot see Nick on the show (WENN)
Nick Carter has been out of the limelight for a while now and to tell you the truth, we miss him. So The Voice would be the perfect platform for the Backstreet Boys member to return. From his years in one of the biggest bands in the US, we're pretty sure that Nick has more than a few words of wisdom to share.
So there are our thoughts, who do you think should replace Cee Lo on The Voice?
