Brits winner KT Tunstall has enjoyed kissing a girl � and thinks every girl should try it.

The singer, who picked up Best Female at the Brit Awards this week, is more than comfortable with her female fanbase, and believes a lesbian experience is a valuable part of growing up.

She says, �Of course I have kissed a girl - every girl should have kissed a girl! There was a friend of mine when I was at school and she was like, 'I don't know if I'm any good at kissing.'

"So we were like, 'OK, 'I'll see what you're like and you see what I'm like.' It's part of growing up, definitely."

She adds, that whilst she�s not a lesbian, her boyfriend Luke, who drums in her band, loves all the attention she gets from female fans.

She tells The Sun, �No boyfriend is going to have a problem with lots of girls fancying your girlfriend - he loves it!"
