Sam beat off competition from Ella Eyre to scoop the Brits Critic’s Choice Award and the 21-year-old vocalist will start 2014 on a high note when he’s officially presented with the prize on January 9. An eventful 2013 has seen Chloe perform small shows for plenty of music execs, as well as enjoying her first trip to Glastonbury. The gutsy singer is keen to dissociate herself from the rest of the pop world and describes her music as “steak and kidney pop”.
Chloe’s first EP ‘Rumour’ was released earlier this year and she’s currently working with Grammy Award-winning writer and producer Eg White to make her first album. Fans can also sign up to Chloe’s official website to receive first look at a number of free tracks.

Since then, Hozier has been praised by everyone from Billboard to Stephen Fry - who even retweeted the vid.
Unsurprisingly, his string of tour dates at tiny venues has sold out, leaving fans hoping a bigger headline tour is announced soon. His soulful four-track EP is available now but fans will have to wait for more news on when his debut album will be ready for release.
