Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge risked giving an underwear flash as she arrived at a royal engagement this morning for charity Place2Be, of which she is patron, as the wind blew up her skirt as she was greeted by a welcoming party from the charity.
Looking sensational in head to toe royal blue, Kate opted for a Maxmara Jacket and Oral Kiely skirt forthe visit according to The Mirror. The Duchess showed off her legs in sheer tights and matching suede blue heels, gloves and clutch.
