Jackson became the latest in a long line of actors asked to leave their mark in Hollywood.
He said of the honour: "It's an awesome sort of experience, the kind of thing you don't really think about as a young actor,"
"You sort of stop to pause and say to yourself, 'Wow, you're in a very elite club'.
Since beginning his career in 1972 with �Together For Days� Jackson has since starred in over 100 films, his most memorable however was �Pulp Fiction� in which he played a bible bashing hit man.
Jackson's new film �Freedomland� opens on February 17.
