Selena Gomez could become embroiled in a bitter feud with Lorde, who condemned the 'Come and Get It' singer's suggestive lyrics by insisting they were too negative for young girls.
The 'Royals' singer has been making waves in the charts with her folksy vocals but it seems she is not so impressed by the former Disney star's hit as she claims she is "sick" of women being over-sexualized.
According to Perez Hilton, the singer fumed: "I love pop music on a sonic level. But I’m a feminist and the theme of her song [Come & Get It] is, ‘When you’re ready come and get it from me'."

The 16-year-old brunette beauty, who has been praised by the likes of Elton John, didn't hold back from her scathing opinion as she added: "I’m sick of women being portrayed this way”.
Awkwardly, Selena is seemingly oblivious to Lorde's real thoughts as she recently performed a cover of her track 'Royals' during her Stars Dance tour.
The former 'Wizards of Waverly Place' star had caused controversy earlier this year when she performed the suggestive track in a sexy sari inspired outfit complete with a bindi at the Billboard Awards, which later caused a flurry of backlash from the Hindu community.
