Zac Efron has taken to social networking site WhoSay to break his silence following reports suggesting that he'd completed a "secret five month rehab stint", posting a photo of himself looking happy and healthy in Peru.
The actor posted the beautiful snap of him grinning as he trekked in the Machu Picchu mountain ruins.
Zac also thanked his fans for their continued support, posting: “Hey guys! Just returned from an incredible trip to Peru with my dad and wanted to thank you all for your support these past few weeks… means the world to me. Love you guys!”

TMZ reports surfaced earlier this month suggesting that Zac had allegedly been doing cocaine for more than two years, but tried to "clean himself up" in March by getting professional help.
The tabloid then went on to say that Zac left California and stayed in a private residence where he reportedly "received intensive outpatient care for several weeks."
In April, Efron is said to have returned to Los Angeles and began shooting Seth Rogen's movie movie Neighbors, but the site continue to say that this is around the time that Zac "relapsed in a big way," with the actor allegedly "not showing up on set."
TMZ state that some of the reasons that Zac headed to rehab were down to the fact that he was allegedly unhappy with his movie career, he had "girl issues" and he is also said to have had issues with his parents.
