Giuliana and Bill Rancic have confirmed that they're all set to have baby number two after their surrogate mother - who also conceived their son Duke - has given the green light to carrying the new addition to their family.
The couple celebrated their son Duke's first birthday on August 29 and it looks like they're ready to give him a new brother or sister!
"We've got everything in place." Bill confirms in the new issue of Life & Style. "We've got our [gestational] carrier, who carried Duke - she's on board! Having a brother or sister in the house is definitely in the future for Duke," the couple gush to the mag.
The 42-year-old also revealed that the couple would like to try on their own once Giuliana is off of her cancer fighting medications in five years. "Of course, we'd try for a baby on our own," he said. "That's something Giuliana would love."

39-year-old E! News co-anchor Giuliana revealed she had breast cancer in 2011 and have documented their journey ever since. "We have been touched by so many people who have come up to us and thanked us for sharing our fertility struggles and my cancer diagnosis because it helped them. That’s the best feeling in the world and it just reaffirms that we made the right decision to share our story." Giuliana told Hello! Magazine last month.
The Fashion Police co-anchor also revealed just how much she respected her surrogate mother. When asked whether or not she has a greater respect for surrogate mothers now she gushed: "Oh, absolutely! Bill and I always say we hit the jackpot with our surrogate Delphine and we can never repay her for the incredible gift she gave us."
And The Apprentice star, Bill, insists his wife's difficulty to conceive makes no difference to him: "It doesn't matter how you get your little baby. When you're holding the baby in your arms and you see their smile, it doesn't matter."
