PHOTOS: Gwyneth Paltrow And Pink Ditch The Minis For Feminine Dresses At Thanks For Sharing Premiere

Movie star and pop star team up for new comedy drama

Gwyneth Paltrow and Pink are usually showing off their amazing bodies in short minis and abs baring crop tops but for the premiere of their new movie Thanks For Sharing the blonde duo covered up in ultra-feminine dresses.

Gwyneth and chart-topper Pink both star in the sex addiction comedy drama which hits cinemas later this month. For the Hollywood premiere on Monday, Pink, who stars in the movie under her real name Alicia Moore, turned into a Hollywood princess with her stunning cobalt blue gown.

The off the shoulder number hugged the fitness fanatic's body, whilst she kept to her rocker roots with her silver blonde crop styled into a quiff.

The three-time Grammy winner tweeted her 19.5 million Twitter followers a pic of herself in her gown to check she was looking her best ahead of the premiere: "Do you guys like my dress?" she wrote, "It's really comfortable. I'm super excited right now."

Her motocross racer husband Carey Hart who joined his wife on the red carpet tweeted: "So proud of her."

Pink's co-star Gwyneth meanwhile was also looking stunning in her white sleeveless dress which featured a midi length full skirt and pockets. With her hair loose and a slick of red lipstick, the blonde looked very much the screen goddess.

Thanks For Sharing sees Gwyneth star as Phoebe, who over-exercises and shows signs of an eating disorder while embarking on a new relationship with a sex addict, played by Mark Ruffalo.

Pink meanwhile is Dede, a hairdresser and sex addict attempting a platonic friendship with Josh Gad's character.

The film marks Pink's third time on the big screen having previously acted in the 2007 horror flick Catacombs and leant her voice to the animated sequel Happy Feet Two.

The film hits US cinemas on September 20 and the UK on October 4.
