Could the speculation about who will be appearing as a judge on the American Idol panel about to end?
Well it appears it could be a possibility after the show's host Ryan Seacrest took to his Twitter page to tease about the announcement that has kept fans guessing.
The TV personality posted on the social networking site:

Since the departure of Randy Jackson, Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey, a selection of names have been bandied around including those of American Idol alumni Adam Lambert and Jennifer Hudson. Justin Bieber's managar Scooter Braun has also reportedly been linked to the show with a source claiming that Jennifer Lopez wants him on the show. A source told Us Weekly:
"Jennifer loves Scooter and feels he'd be an excellent choice. She would love him to be a judge."

And speaking of Jennifer, the star who decided to leave American Idol last year is said to be making a comeback to the show with some reports claiming that she is close to signing a deal to return to the show.
Actor and musician Harry Connick Jr also appears to be a contender for a spot on the panel. Appearing to reveal what he would offer to the panel if he was chosen to be a judge, back in May, Us Weekly reported him saying:
"I think you need to be completely honest and I think you need to be diplomatic. I think there’s no reason to be mean, but it's called being a judge."
With the speculation reaching fever pitch, one judge we know will be back for sure is Keith Urban after his return was confirmed by the chairman of entertainment at FOX, Kevin Reilly who said during the TCA press tour:
"I will confirm one thing, Keith is going to return to the show, you could see how much he loved the show."
