Lady Gaga has turned her nose up at any rivalry between other female musicians, urging her Little Monsters to support the release of Katy Perry's new single 'Roar.'
The ‘Paparazzi’ singer has pushed for peace between both legions of fans as she and the 'California Gurls' star prepare for the release of their new singles and albums later this year, with Katy's 'Prism' out in October and Gaga's just a few weeks later in November.

“I support pop music and more artists putting out new music just means more for music lovers to enjoy.”
She added: “Don’t fight with Katy’s fans, or anyone. Stop the drama. Start the music.”
While Gaga pleaded for peace, her new single ‘Applause’ leaked online over the weekend along with Katy’s hot new track 'Roar.'

Gaga tweeted to the ‘I Kissed A Girl’ singer: “Wanna grab some shovels and f**k up some hackers? @KatyPerry excited to hear your ROAR, sorry to hear about your truck!" adding in a reference to Katy's promotional truck which was hit by another car.
Katy replied: "@LadyGaga what a WILD weekend so far… claws out, paws up! Looking forward to putting my hands up & making them touch too!"
