Security! Jay Z Harassed By 'Girls' Star Jemima Kirke While Filming 'Picasso Baby' Video

But the rapper didn't seem to be too phased...

Jay Z was most likely expecting a few fans to go a little wild while filming the music video for his new single 'Picasso Baby,' but he probably wasn't betting on Girls actress Jemima Kirke losing her cool with security forced to calm her down.

The hip-hop mogul filmed the “performance art” music video, which premiered on HBO last week, at New York's Pace Gallery last month and caused a frenzy when fans realised that the superstar was in the building.

Jay Z kindly invited a small group of fans to watch the shoot as he stood in the middle with a perimeter around him keeping the eager beavers at bay. In addition to the fans, the video sees the hip-hop mogul rapping to a bevy of famous faces including Alan Cumming, Rosie Perez and Michael K Williams, however, one star in particular, 'Girls' actress Jemima Kirke, just couldn't control herself and caused quite the stir.

According to the NY Daily News, Jemima jumped on the hip-hop mogul's back when her segment was finished and began screaming prompting security to rush in and free Jay Z. “She was acting totally nuts!” a witness told the publication.

Security were reportedly called to remove Girls star Jemima from the gallery (YouTube)

“She kept jumping on his back like a little monkey. Someone was screaming ‘Get her off of him!’”

After security waded in, Jemima is said to have began shouting “Let us finish!” as she was removed from the gallery.

Despite the disturbance, Jay Z remained a true professional and continued with his performance. “He kept rapping the whole time!” the source revealed.
