Selena Gomez has been spending a lot of time with her Wizards of Waverly Place co-star David Henrie but are the couple dating? Not only did they enjoy a sushi date with friends on June 8, they also met up days after the birth of Gomez's little sister Gracie on Saturday at a friends house in Los Angeles.
The Spring Breakers babe split from boyfriend of two years Justin Bieber in December and despite rumours the couple may have been back on it hasn't stopped her appearing to get cosy with Henrie.
“They are not dating," a source colse to Gomez told HollywoodLife. "They are just friends, currently."
The couple, who played brother and sister in the Disney show for five year, are reportedly good friends.
The insider went on: "They spent a good portion of their life together and are great friends and they don’t want to or have not even thought about ruining it with dating.”
But could they be more? the source wouldn't rule out a shot at love for the cute pairing.
“Well it worked for Mila [Kunis] and Ashton [Kutcher] years after, didn’t it?" they added.
"But let’s just say that it would be a surprise, even to them, if that happened. Strictly platonic, she is more prone to be the matchmaker for him than the match.”
Gomez welcomed little sister Gracie last week claiming she was going to "spoil" the new arrival.

"I want to be the best sister in the world. I'm really going to spoil the baby! I can't wait," she told aufeminin.com before the new addition to the family arrived.
Addressing the massive age gap between her and Gracie, the Come & Get It songstress admitted it will less likely mean that she will take on more of a "cool aunt" role in her baby sister's life.
''There's going to be a big age difference, so I think I'm going to be more like a cool aunt,'' the 20-year gushed.
