Chvrches Unveil Their Brand New Single 'Gun' (LISTEN)

The track will feature on the electronic band's new album

Electronic group Chvrches have unveiled their brand new single 'Gun,' the third track to come from their upcoming record following hits 'The Mother We Share' and 'Recover' released earlier this year.

The group are expected to release their debut album later this year after their success on BBC's Sound of 2013 poll where the group came fifth losing out to eventual winners girl group Haim.

Their new single will be released as a digital bundle with several exclusive remixes while a 12 inch heavyweight pink vinyl will also be available.

The trio will be performing at an array of British festivals this summer including T in the Park, Lattitude and Reading and Leeds.

Isle of Wight Festival - 13/14/15/16 June (Isle of Wight) US rockers Bon Jovi will be headlining alongsode the Killer and Brit pop legends The Stone Roses.
Reading and Leeds Festival - 23/24/25 August The biggest selling rapper of all time Eminem will be headlining this year's Reading and Leeds festival alongside punk rockers Green Day and Biffy Clyro with support from artists such as Jake Bugg, Alt-J and Azaelia Banks.
Bestival - 5/6/7/8 September (Isle of Wight) Legend Elton John is headlining this year's festival with organiser Rob Da Bank admitting that the diva will receive his own dressing room just for his outfits! Laos on the bill this year is Snoop Dogg, M.I.A. Flaming Lips, Rudimental and Wu-Tang Clan.
GlobalGathering 26/27 July (Stratford-Upon-Avon) Haven for dance lovers this year's headliners come from Plan B and Example with Rita Ora and Katy B also joining the bill.
Bellahouston Park Festival - 15/20 August (Bellahouston Park) Never heard of it before? Well this is the first year a festival comes to Bellahouston Park with none other than Eminem and Kings Of Leon as headliners.
O2 Wireless Festival - 12/13/14 July (Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park) Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z are bringing their 'Legends Of Summer' tour over to the UK on the final night of the festival following individual headline slots on the Friday and Saturday nights. Joining the pair will be Emeli Sande, Calvin Harris, Frank Ocean and Snoop Dogg.
British Summertime Hyde Park 5/6/13 July (Hyde Park) This year, The Rolling Stones will bring their '50 and Counting' tour back to their hometown bringing their huge show to London's Hyde Park supported by Jake Bugg and the 1975. Bon Jovi will also be headlining the festival and will be joined by the Kaiser Chiefs.
