Morgan Freeman has joked about a video which appears to show him falling asleep during a recent interview, claiming he was actually using the time to update his Facebook page.
The 75-year-old movie legend was taking part in a morning TV interview with Michael Caine as they promoted their new film Now You See Me earlier this week. But while Caine was eagerly talked about the magic tricks the characters in the movie manage to pull off, Freeman didn't muster the same enthusiasm as his co-star and was seen appearing to nod off as the chat went out live on Seattle's Q13 Fox News.
Morgan managed to recover as his head rolled forward, snapping awake and nodding along with Michael's comments.

The video has since gone viral leading to Morgan to post a cheeky message on his Facebook page today along with a photo showing the actor giving a thumbs up:
“Regarding my recent interview, I wasn’t actually sleeping. I’m a beta tester for Google Eyelids and I was merely taking the opportunity to update my Facebook page. Catch me on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart at 11pm E/P," he wrote.
Well it was early in the morning and the man's in his 70's! Watch the video below:
