Britney Spears and David Lucado have been spotted out and about in Thousand Oaks, just days after reports suggested that the former X factor USA judge had to flee her family home as fires continued to rage in Calabasas.
Britney and her beau were spotted looking calm whilst holding hands as they headed out for lunch, but the singer has had a pretty tough time recently as fires posed a threat to Brit's families' safety.
But, thankfully, she and her children are now safe and sound and holed up in a Four Seasons Hotel. Nothing like fleeing your home in luxury, eh?
The Toxic hitmaker's home in Calabasas was reported to be at risk from out-of-control bush fires and, after authorities advised residents to evacuate the neighbourhood, Britney and her young sons fled to safety.

A source explained to the New York Post's Page Six column that the mum of two and her family are now out of harm's way and awaiting permission to return to their home: "Britney and her children had to leave her house last week because of the fire scare. They are all safe and staying at the Four Seasons."
We imagine that, despite the fact they've been uprooted from their home, Britney is just happy to be with her two little boys.

According to the Mail Online, it was recently reported that the popstar was "desperate to get to her two sons Jayden and Sean so that they could be reunited amid the danger."
And no wonder; about 4,000 homes and 300 commercial properties in Malibu and the surrounding area are reported to be at risk along with the Point Mugu naval base.
Worse still, more than 10,000 acres from Newbury Park toward Malibu and the Ventura County coast have been blackened by the fire, the website reports.
We hope that firefighters manage to get the flames under control soon.
