He's already worked with him on adaptations of Romeo + Juliet and The Great Gatsby, but now Baz Luhrmann reportedly wants Leonardo DiCaprio for a new spin on Hamlet.
Shakespeare's classic tragedy is apparently next on the acclaimed director's hit list, and he wants his favourite leading man back for a third time.
The Hollywood Reporter quotes the one-time 'Everybody's Free To Wear Sunscreen' hitmaker as saying: "To me, Gatsby is the American Hamlet. What else could we possibly do as a follow-up?
"It's just a dream at this point."

One of the Bard's most famous plays, Hamlet is also his longest, and has been performed more times than any other by the Royal Shakespeare Company. It's based on the revenge Prince Hamlet takes on his uncle Claudius after he murders King Hamlet. It loosely inspired Disney's hit The Lion King.
The pair's latest hit The Great Gatsby is currently opening around the world, but the critical reaction has thus far been relatively mixed.
Carey Mulligan, Tobey Maguire and Isla Fisher star alongside DiCaprio in the re-telling of F Scott Fitzgerald's famous novella.
