Jennifer Aniston has one of the hottest bodies in Hollywood and according to the star her secret weapon, Yoga, is perfect to tone up and de-stress ahead of her wedding to Justin Theroux later this summer.
The actress, who was previously married to Brad Pitt, hit the red carpet this week for the launch of her yoga instructors Mandy Ingber's new book, Yogalosophy: 28 Days To the Ultimate Mind-Body Makeover on Tuesday night in Los Angeles.
And crediting Mandy with her stunning body, she told E! that yoga is the perfect way to de-stress ahead of her big day.
"Yoga kinda helps you prepare for everything," she said when asked if she was using it.
"Honestly, it's like meditation," she went on, "It just allows anything that is coming at you throughout the day to be kind of doable."
We're not surprised if Jen is using yoga to chill out ahead of her big day as it was recently revealed she found her wedding day to Brad Pitt pretty stressful.
The Hollywood A Listers tied the knot in a lavish ceremony in 2000, at a cost of $1 million it's been estimated with a 13 minute firework display and 50,000 flowers.

This time round the actress reportedly wants things a little easier. Wedding planner Kevin Lee who worked on Jen's first wedding told Grazia: ''They won't be blowing millions on an over-the-top wedding with hundreds of people they barely know. Brad wanted that when she married him, and she got caught up in having a huge day."
The wedding planner, who is reportedly helping Jen the second time around, said: ''It was ultimately so stressful that she couldn't really take time to enjoy it. So it's going to be small and low-key so they feel relaxed.''
''She's so in love, she's found her soulmate, and really, that's all that matters."
He added: ''It's about celebrating and spending time with family and their closest friends. There will be a meaningful ceremony with heartfelt, loving vows and a wonderful meal. Jen's pure class and style, so expect lots of sweet, romantic touches.''
