Reese Witherspoon has revealed that she is struggling with memory loss after the birth of her son Tennessee James last year.
The Legally Blonde actress opened up about the difficulties she's been faced with since becoming a mother for the third time last September after having her first child with talent agent husband Jim Toth.
In a recent interview with British Red magazine, the 37-year-old Hollywood starlet claimed her seven-month-old son has been the cause of her rapidly deteriorating memory: “Ever since I had the baby, I can't remember anything. Serious, the child stole my brain.”
The issue has apparently become so bad that she admitted to even losing friends because of it. Reese doesn't seem too bothered about that though, as she reminds herself of the importance of her children, daughter Ava, 13 and son Deacon, nine with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe and Tennessee, as she jokes that her mind is like a news reel.
She said: “It's [her mind] like a CNN ticker tape running through my mind at all times: 'Where is Ava? She's okay. Good. Where is Deacon? He's okay. Good. Where is Tennessee? Is he okay? Yes. Great. Back to Ava...' It doesn't stop.”
The couple have recently got themselves into a bit of trouble lately after having been pulled over by police for suspicion of driving under the influence. The pair were both arrested and taken to jail for just the night as the blonde beauty reportedly flared up to police and became aggressive towards them.
It seems this particular sticky situation will prove difficult for the Oscar winner to erase from her memory!
