Lady Gaga certainly has a big heart after allegedly offering to pay for a fan's hip surgery after undergoing a similar operation herself last month.
The 'Poker Face' singer was forced to cancel the remaining dates of her 'Born This Way Ball' tour in February after tearing her right hip, prompting the Gaga to have surgery to treat the injury.
As the 27-year-old recovers from the operation, it appears she has made a new friend in the form of a fan who has been suffering from scoliosis and hip dysplasia.

The fan, named Emma, revealed in a Twitter post that the generous singer has referred her to her New York surgeon and has offered to pay for any treatment she may require.
“Gaga herself reached out to me and is hooking me up with her team of doctors, plus others, that did her surgery in NYC as I have been needing a hip replacement for quite some time (my left hip dislocated almost two weeks ago too.. I know, perfect timing, right?),” Emma said.
“We're planning on flying out this weekend, all expenses paid, for a consult. She won't be there, but the gesture is absolutely incredible and I broke down sobbing immediately afterwards.
“Words can't describe how incredibly BLESSED I am... I would like to send a MASSIVE thank you to Gaga, her entire team, as well as (Gaga's parents) Cynthia and Joe for doing an incredible job of raising the most beautiful person I know.”
Lady Gaga has been seen using a wheelchair around New York City, and it is believed she named it “Emma” after her super fan.
