Record-breaker Adele has achieved yet another feat to add to her long list of achievements after being named the UK and Ireland's richest young musician raking in a reported £30 million, in a list compiled by the Sunday Times, beating the likes of One Direction, Girls Aloud and Jessie J.
The 'Someone Like You' singer had already acquired a healthy fortune following the success of her second studio album 21, which has become the best-selling album of the 21st century, but according to the Sunday Times Rich List, Adele has experienced a 50% rise in income after releasing the theme track for the latest James Bond movie, 'Skyfall.'

Former X Factor judge Cheryl Cole comes in second place behind Adele thanks to her £14 million bank balance which has enjoyed a £2 million rise.
Leona Lewis and Katie Melua share third place with £12 million while Florence Welch follows closely with £9 million. Charlotte Church and The Voice judge Jessie J are believed to share an £8 million fortune while Lily Rose Cooper, Nadine Coyle and Nicola Roberts have earned an estimated £6 million each.
The only two non-boyband males to make the list are James Morrison and Ed Sheeran, who is a new entrant, while Emeli Sande has also made the rundown for the first time due to the ongoing, astounding success of her debut album 'Our Version Of Events.
Meanwhile, Sir Paul McCartney has been named the richest performer with an eye-watering £680 million fortune, while the rest of the top five remains unchanged with Andre Lloyd-Webber earning £620 million, U2 with £520 million, Sir Elton John raking in £240 million and David and Victoria Beckham sharing £200 million.
