Miley Cyrus and Snoop Lion aka Snoop Dogg, may seem like an unlikely duo but the pair have actually teamed up together to premiere their new collaboration 'Ashtrays and Heartbreaks,' a weed smoking anthem, and it appears to have drawn a mixed reaction from fans.
Reggae-tinged 'Ashtrays and Heartbreaks,' which premiered on Wednesday, marks Miley's return to music after several years off and appears on Snoop Lion's upcoming new album, 'Reincarnated.'

While the track may be based on Snoop's love of smoking, Miley appears quite reflective on the hook, on which she sings: “Now my buzz is gone, and I need to re-up on reality. Can't let them see me weak I need to pause on it, Is there any possibility that everyone feels like me?”
“So raise a glass to the memories and set 'em free, I'm gonna fill up all those ashtrays, fill up all those ashtrays,” Miley continues to sing.
The catchy number has attracted a mixed reaction from Snoop and Miley fans alike, with some appreciating the reggae vibe and others confused by the collaboration.
Jaime @jaimedanika mused: “Is this Miley Cyrus an snoop dogg song a joke? #noreally #theycantbeserious.”
@princess0220141 said: “#AshtraysAndHeartbreaks @SnoopDogg @MileyCyrus Amazing song I Love it.” Also a fan of the track is @charlotte_geier, who wrote: “Really jammin to #AshtraysAndHeartbreaks by @SnoopDogg ft. @MileyCyrus sucha massive tune?”
However, @aaliahisaacs believes Snoop has lowered his standards working with former Disney star Miley, writing: “So, Snoop Dogg, sorry, 'Snoop Lion' has made a song with Miley Cyrus. I think he’s hit a low in he’s life crisis. #JustSaying.”
