New pictures of Kate Moss were revealed today in a exhibition by artist Stella Vine.
The exhibition The Beautiful and the Damned is based on the supermodel and her spectacular fall from grace.
Earlier this year Vine produced a portrait of Moss smiling next to the words: I only make love to Jesus.
Now Vine has produced a picture of Moss looking stressed with a cigarette, which shows her face melting next to the words: Holy water cannot help you now.
In another picture Moss is depicted hanging out of her room at a rehab clinic with boyfriend Pete Doherty waving at her.
Vine, a former stripper created the pictures during the recent tabloid frenzy surrounding Moss cocaine habit.
The artist said: It was the height of everything that was happening to Kate and I felt the coverage was going overboard, with everyone writing her off and saying her career was over, the artist said.
In the painting her face is disintegrating, which represents what she was going through. But Kate is amazingly strong and in another of my pictures she has a really defiant look in her eyes.
Im an old-fashioned spirit, just like Kate, except she lives this glamorous, decadent life I just think of it.
The Beautiful and the Damned is being shown at Hiscox Art Projects, 1 Great St Helens, London EC3 from November 24 to January 21.
