Keira Knightley is already the face of Chanel's Coco Mademoiselle fragrance, but the British beauty is about to become the very face of Coco Chanel herself, according to a new report.
The Pirates of the Caribbean star has apparently been cast as the chic icon and will appear in a short about all about the designer's early life.
The film will be shot by other famous designer, Karl Lagerfeld! It is believed that the film will be made in Paris with Lagerfeld trying to recreate the small seaside town where Coco was born on sets.
Keira, will reportedly set off to Singapore where the film will be screened later this year when Chanel reveals its next cruise collection in May.
French star Clotilde Hesme has been hired to play the role of Chanel's aunt, Adrienne. Other actresses set to appear in the film include model Stella Tennant, Tallulah Harlech, and toddler Hudson Kroenig.

Other slender beauties have played Coco Chanel in the past, with Audrey Tautou playing her in 2009's Coco Before Chanel.
It was recently announced that Keira's Coco Mademoiselle advert was going to be banned before the watershed as it was too sexually explicit!
