If Sex and The City reboot The Carrie Diaries was going to have one celeb fan you'd expect the original Carrie Bradshaw, Sarah Jessica Parker to back the series but the actress has admitted she in fact finds the new TV series "odd".
The Carrie Diaries follows the teenage years of fashionista-in-the-making Carrie before she meets Samantha, Miranda, Charlotte and Mr Big. The series, which premiered on US TV earlier this year has received mixed reviews so far and now Sarah has had her say.
The actress has confessed she finds the show, which stars AnnaSophia Robb, "odd":
"I’m not sure. You know, I think it’s one of those tests of your generosity,' she reportedly told The Edit when asked about the SATC reboot. "She (Robb) is a lovely girl and I want her to feel good about it, but it’s… odd."
Not a fan? Sarah Jessica Parker has revealed what she thinks of SATC prequel series The Carrie Diaries starring AnnaSophia Robb (WENN)
"I went to a foot doctor and he said 'Your foot does things it shouldn't be ble to do. That bone there...you've created that bone. It doesn't belong there,'" the star revealed to luxury shopping site Net-a-porter.
She added "The moral of the story is, the chickens are coming home to roost. It's sad, because my feet took me all over the world, but eventually they were like 'You know what, we are really tired, can you just stop - and don't put cheap shoes on us?'"
