The official account for the O2 tweeted the good news at 8:58pm tonight, posting a photo of the star on stage as evidence and writing: "We are happy to report that Justin Bieber made it on stage two minutes early this evening. Phew..."

It looks like Bieber's fans will be able to enjoy his gig in full tonight after lots of his young followers were forced to leave yesterday's gig early when Bieber eventually arrived on stage at just after 10pm
Justin, 18, today issued a personal apology to fans via his Twitter, claiming he experienced “technical issues” after his three support acts – Carly Rae Jepson, Cody Simpson and Jaden Smith – took to the stage. “waking up to a crazy day. Day 2. 02. #London #BELIEVEtour. since i have been here it hasnt been easy with the press at times but I have loved it. so let me say this...,” Justin's lengthy apology began.
“last night i was scheduled after 3 opening acts to go on stage at 935 not 830 but because of some technical issues i got on at 10:10..so. i was 40 min late to stage. there is no excuse for that and I apologize for anyone we upset. However it was great show and Im proud of that.”
With the second night of his show looming, Justin promised to avoid disappointing fans by arriving on stage on time. “and tonight we will run on time and look forward to putting on an amazing show for everyone in attendance,” Justin continued.
Looks like he stuck to that promise!
