David Bowie�s stepdaughter has made laid claims at the door of the New York Police Department claiming that an officer took explicit photo�s of her while investigating her claims of rape.
Stacia Lipka, 25, has said that she suffered a �horrible� ordeal at the hands of Detective Richard Vecchio after she was raped in October 2003.
Lipka has alleged that while investigating her rape claim, Vecchio took sexually explicit photos of her before coercing her into performing a sex act.
The photos were allegedly taken in Lipka�s hospital room, Vecchio has now been charged with official misconduct.
Lipka�s rape charges were dropped after she failed to co-operate with the police.
