Beyonce has revealed that she put on an incredible 57lbs while pregnant with daughter Blue Ivy, and now the star has lost it all – so we want to know all of her diet secrets that apparently involves a vegan meal a day.
The 31-year-old star, who no doubt has the cash to spare on a personal trainer and chef, made the shocking confession to Oprah during their recent interview ahead of the release of Bey’s ‘Life Is But A Dream’ documentary.

Now her trainer Marco Borges has told Life & Style that Beyonce has worked hard to get the weight off, and revealed some of her big diet secrets.
The ‘Countdown’ singer has not only been working up a sweat with her intense dance regimes for her Super Bowl halftime performance, but she’s also been training.
"Consistency is the key to success. I love running-spring intervals for quick cardio sessions and also...running stairs,” he said. We all want to know what Beyonce has been eating too – and thankfully, it’s not a less is more option as Borges says that the singer tries to adopt a strict menu.
He recommended at least "one vegan meal a day because this typically gets people to eat more greens than they normally would."
According to Life & Style mag, Beyonce will have a protein shake for lunch instead of a full-on meal. But if you need a bit of a snack, then don’t just reach for that cookie jar.
Borges said: "If you have to snack, don't sacrifice nutrition," and says Beyonce actually has to have edamame, a green apple or cucumbers sprinkled with vinegar, cayenne pepper and lemon.
