Fans of all genres of music will have plenty to choose from at this year's 2013 Hangout Music Festival with Kings of Leon and hip-hop's new recruit Kendrick Lamar announced as headliners.
The 'Reverie' rockers and Compton-based emcee will be performing along the Gulf Shores in Alabama in May where they will be joined by the likes of Brit songstress Ellie Goulding, Jim James, Public Enemy, Tom Petty and Late Night With Jimmy Fallon's house band, The Roots. A third headliner is yet to be announced to join Kings of Leon and Kendrick Lamar on the bill.

The new festival, which was founded four years ago, was taken over by Dave Matthews last year and the Foo Fighters in 2011.
This year's Hangout will be broadcast along all MTV networks and will also see the likes of The Shins, Steve Aoki, Passion Pit and Bloc Party performing.
