Oscars 2013: The Cast Of 'Chicago' To Reunite And Perform At Awards Ceremony

Renee Zellweger, Catherine Zeta Jones, Queen Latifah and Richard Gere geared up for top secret performance at Oscars 2013...

The Oscars 2013 looks set to be the most performance-based production of the Academy Awards yet, as now the cast of 2002 film 'Chicago' - including Renee Zellweger, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Queen Latifah and Richard Gere - are set to reunite for a top secret performance.

It has been confirmed that the cast of 2002 film 'Chicago' are set to reunite at the Oscars on February 24, celebrating the decade anniversary of the film picking up the highly-coveted Best Picture Academy Award.

We wonder if the 'Chicago' cast will perform hit song 'All That Jazz' at the Oscars 2013?

Renee Zellweger, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Queen Latifah and Richard Gere are set to get their jazz shoes back on for what is sure to be a memorable performance, joining the likes of Adele and Norah Jones in the performance sector of the highly prestigious movie event.

Producers of the film and ceremony Craig Zadan and Neil Meron feel that the 'Chicago' cast reunion is set to be one of the big hits of the night, saying in a statement:

''In a night of celebration of the music of the movies, we find it very appropriate.''

''We can't talk about what they're going to do!''

''I don't think any Oscars have been as performance-based. When you do an Oscar show, you don't have a dressing room problem. The presenters don't get dressing rooms. And how many people perform on the Oscars, like one or two?"

''We have a staggering amount of performers, and each of them needs a dressing room .. We're measuring the magnitude of how big the show is by the fact that we don't have [enough] dressing rooms.''

We can't wait to see the 'Chicago' cast reunite at the Oscars 2013!
