Most eyes may have been on Beyonce during her performance at the Super Bowl halftime show on Sunday, but some also noticed that her Destiny's Child bandmate Kelly Rowland was in a league of her own flaunting her toned figure.
Former X Factor judge Kelly and Fela! star Michelle joined Beyonce on stage to perform a medley of their Destiny's Child hits during the singer's Super Bowl halftime performance. It was generally agreed that all three ladies looked fierce in their sexy leather outfits, putting their legs on show in knee-high socks and ankle boots.
While Beyonce was rightly hailed as the star of the show with her entertaining performance, it was Kelly who drew the most attention with her pert derriere and toned thighs.
Where exactly did her muscular body come from and how did she get it in time for the Super Bowl?
The 'Motivation' singer's personal trainer Jeanette Jenkins, who has worked with a whole host of stars, reveals that Kelly works out five days a week.
“I'm her trainer. I've been working with her for three years. I work with her all the time. [She works out] five days a week,” Jeanette told Essence magazine.

“Kelly's goal is to be healthy. She works everything. We do all different styles of training. We don't target one area. We do yoga, pilates, cardio-training, boxing, boot camps and circuit training — she targets everything. It makes no sense to target one area.”
Kelly's not the only one who wanted to look fit in time for the Super Bowl! Alicia Keys, who sang the National Anthem, also turned to the trainer for help in getting toned just in time for her appearance at the NFL event.
“I've been training Alicia for a year and a half. I helped her get ready for her album, Girl on Fire,” Jeanette revealed.
“I'm very proud of both Alicia and Kelly. Their bodies have transformed in different ways. I'm very happy that I could add value to their lives and show them they can stay healthy and stay in shape while they're travelling.”
