'Sex Calms Me Down': Beyonce Admits 'Making Love To Jay-Z' When She's Nervous

Now we know what she did before the Super Bowl!

It seems the excitement of performing at the Super Bowl on Sunday got to Beyonce a little over the weekend, when she admitted that she likes to “make love” to her husband Jay-Z to calm her nerves.

The 'Single Ladies' diva took to the stage at the Superdome in New Orleans on Sunday where she performed a host of her tracks while she was also joined by her Destiny's Child bandmates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams.

There were no signs of any nervousness from Queen Bey, but perhaps that's because she indulged in a little loving from her hubby Jay-Z. During a press conference before the NFL sports event, Beyonce candidly admitted the x-rated activity she takes part in to calm her nerves.

“When I get nervous or I don’t have everything together I like to make love to my husband,” Beyonce said according to the Daily Star.

“I’ve been preparing for five months for this moment. I’m happy I’ll have my husband there with me – it’s every woman’s dream to feel this way about her husband.”

A source adds that Beyonce had her one-year-old daughter Blue Ivy's cot flown in from New York, while Jay-Z also had his own king size bed to relax in.

“They had their kid’s £14,000 jewel-encrusted cot flown in and there will be a king-size bed for him to use as he pleases,” the singer told the newspaper.

“The bed was there so Beyoncé could rest during rehearsals but given her latest revelations it seems they’ll be using it for a lot more.”

Well, now we know why Beyonce had all the confidence in the world last night!
