Whilst Kim Kardashian might look calm and composed to us as her pregnancy continues, it has been suggested that the gorgeous reality TV star who is expecting her first child with rapper beau Kanye West, is actually "freaking out".
Believing that Kim is worried about how her body will change as she nears her due date, a source has also alleged to Now magazine that the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has talked about undergoing "nips and tucks".
The insider claimed: "Kim's openly talked about needing nips and tucks".

However the source was quick to add that Kim would not undergo certain treatments during her pregnancy. They added: "But she's sworn off Botox, fillers and laser hair removal while she's pregnant."
It has also been alleged that Kim is using peanut butter and egg whites to wade off stretch marks.

Meanwhile, it has been claimed that Kim and Kanye will appear as guests on her mum, Kris Jenner's new talk show later this year.
A source told HollywoodLife: "Kim and Kanye will make a special appearance on Kris’ new talk show when they bring their little one along! They want to introduce their baby to the world on Kris’ show. Kris and the producers know this will be huge and bring in top ratings."
However, Kimye's baby won't be making an appearance on the family's TV show as Kim explained to Jimmy Kimmel on his show: "Our baby is not really on TV. It’s not going to be on our show. When the baby is old enough and he or she decides that’s what they want to do, then that will be a decision.
"That’s just a personal choice that Kanye and I have made. From the start, we’re just going to try and keep it as private as possible."
