It already boasts a wealth of talent on its books including Rihanna, Rita Ora, Shakira and Mark Ronson, and now Roc Nation has also snapped up producer and rapper Timbaland.
Founder Jay-Z took to his website Life and Times to announce the news and said: "Roc Nation welcomes Timbaland to the family."
Timbaland will be managed by the company, which was founded by Jay-Z and entertainment company Live Nation in 2008.
He is still signed to Interscope Records as an artist and is currently working on Missy Elliot's comeback album, which is expected to be released later this year.
But he is also in the studio working on Justin Timberlake's comeback album, 'The 20/20 Experience' and produced the star's new single 'Suit & Tie' which feature Jay-Z.
Jay-Z and Timbaland - real name Timothy Zachery Mosley - go back a long way and started working together in 1998 and made some big hits, including Jay-Z's 'Big Pimpin'.
In his 20 years in the business, Timbaland has worked with artists including the late singer Aaliyah, Janet Jackson, Eminem, Usher, No Doubt, Jennifer Lopez and Jamie Foxx.
