Following recent speculation that Kim Kardashian will still be married to estranged husband Kris Humphries when she gives birth to her child in July, it has now been claimed that Kim will officially end her marriage with Kris Humphries sooner than that...in February!
According to HollywoodLif the reality TV beauty, who has been locked in a bitter divorce battle with Kris, who has accused the star of only marrying him to increase her fame, will be free from the sportstar sooner than she thinks.
Claiming that Kris wants his divorce from Kim "over as soon as possible", an insider alleged to the gossip site:
"Kim and Kris haven’t spoken verbally in a year and Kris can’t stand for her name to be mentioned. He is pushing his lawyers to wrap up the divorce, it’ll be finalised by the end of February or before.”

However, it is thought that the Kris originally wanted to halt the divorce proceedings until the basketball season ended.
A source said: "They can’t go to court until his basketball season is over, so he tells people that he is in control of her misery.
"When he found out about the baby, he was bragging to all of his friends that he wasn’t going to ‘allow’ her to be divorced when she had the baby. He intends to tell his attorney when they set a trial date next month that he can’t do it until late summer. It’s all planned and calculated.”
Speaking about her divorce during a recent appearance on David Letterman's show, Kim said:
"I don’t really know 'cause even if we got an annulment – I would love to give him one but then that would make – the only legal way to get an annulment is if fraud were involved, so that’s what's tricky.
"So he is suing me for an annulment based on the fact that I frauded him into marrying him for publicity.(sic)"
Clarifying that Kris believes he was a victim of fraud as a result of his marriage to Kim, David asked: "Oh, so he’s claiming that he was the victim of fraud?", to which Kim, who kept her baby bump hidden in a white shirt and black suit, responded:
"Yes, well, that’s the only way to get an annulment is if one person was frauded."
