Muhammed Ali�s friends and family have come forward to warn that he may only have months to live.

The sporting champion has been suffering from Parkinson�s Disease for the last 20 years, but now his condition is deteriorating more rapidly than ever, Bang showbiz report today.

His daughter Laila, who is also a world champion boxer has admitted:

�It is painful because I would love to sit down and talk with my dad about the way he used to be when he was my age and in his prime because we are so much alike. But I can�t really share anything with him.�

While a close family friend has sadly asserted: �His condition has worsened over the past few years, at this point he may only have months to live.
