Ever since it was announced that Kim Kardashian was pregnant, speculation has been rife over whether she will show her journey to becoming a mother on TV...
And it appears we now have an answer after Keeping Up With The Kardashians executive producer Ryan Seacrest appeared to confirm that Kim's growing baby bump will be shown on a new series of the family's hit reality TV show.
Appearing on the Tonight show with Jay Leno, Ryan who also fronts American Idol told the host:
"You will see her pregnancy on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, but she'll be about four and a half months in to her pregnancy once we start shooting for next season."

Whilst we will see Kim and her bump, it appears that the stunning reality TV star who is expecting her first child with Kanye West, won't be following in sister Kourtney's footsteps and letting the TV cameras film her giving birth on TV.
Posing the question about whether or not there will be TV cameras in the delivery room, Jay jokingly asked Ryan: "Now, are you in there with the obstetrician?"
To which Ryan, who revealed that he was "thrilled" for the soon-to-be parents, replied:
"Am I going to be in the room, with the zoom lens, shooting all of this to put on the air on E!? I would not."
Jay even joked about whether the night that Kimye's baby was conceived, would be shown on TV. Responding Ryan told the host: "I think when you have Kanye on you should ask him that question."
The news Kim's pregnancy will be shown on KUWTK comes after the reports that the couple turned down a $3 million magazine deal for the first pictures of their child.
