'I'll Always Care About Chris Brown': Karrueche Tran Admits She's Not Happy About Love Life As Ex Gets Back With Rihanna

Tran opens up in new interview about her complicated love life

Chris Brown's love life has certainly provided some drama with his on-going love triangle with former girlfriend Karrueche Tran and singer Rihanna and now the least known of the three, Tran has opened up about the current state of her love life claiming “there's a lot going on”.

Every day it seems there is some new twist in the story of these three, with Brown spotted with both ladies over the past week.

Speaking to Vibe magazine, Tran, who split from the 'Yeah X3' singer in October after two years together, admitted “of course” she's not happy about the state of her love life: “Right now of course not. It’s a lot going on but it could be a lot worse. And that’s how I look at life. I take it for what it is. I move forward, grow from it and at this point, that’s what I’m doing.”

When they broke up, Chris admitted he was in love with both his girlfriend and former flame Riri and despite claims the two women at loggerheads, with both accused of stunts to make the other jealous, Tran insists she's not going to rise to any “negativity”.

She explained: “I’m not gonna sit and dwell and become consumed in that negativity because I could very much be that person, especially when things are so public and so thrown in my face. But like I said, things can be much worse. So I’m good.”

The Vietnamese beauty was an unknown before she started dating the singer and “didn't know” she'd become nearly as famous as he is.

Explaining how they first got together, Tran revealed: “I actually happened to do a random styling job out here in L.A. and that’s how we met.”

Regarding the attention the couple get, she added: “I didn’t expect it at all. We were friends for a while before we started dating.”

Despite Chris spending both Christmas and New Year with Rihanna and insiders claiming he wants to make a serious go of their relationship, Tran claims she'll always be close to him. The pair are currently launching a clothing line together 'The Kill' and were spotted together last week at a trade show.

Talking about working with her now ex, Tran added: “At the end of the day, he will always be a friend. We’ll always care about each other. We won’t allow that to interfere. Our business is business.”
