Obviously those are not Beyonce's hips! That is padding that comes with the dress. Whoever approved this is not too bright.

They take the least attractive, most unflattering photo and try to compare it with a picture of someone after they have gone though hours of hair makeup and wardrobe! of course they are different!

well...britney is wearing high heels which makes your legs longer and with the right light,clothes and all that, i dont think she is THAT much photoshopped..

Those aren't Beyonce's real hips in photo on the left side. She is wearing a dress in which the designer is known for emphasizing the hips and curves of a woman by adding pads to the dress. It's for a video or something she's shooting. This is true because Beyonce explained it in an interview. Her hips are not that wide...it is the dress. The mag cover isn't photoshopped on her hips!!!
