Oops, Britney Spears did it again! The pop wreck has come under fire after being photographed her smoking in front of her two-year old son.

Having agreed on custodial arrangements with her ex-husband Kevin Federline last week, Brit Brit was snapped exposing her eldest son Sean Preston to second-hand smoke while he tried to grab her cancer sticks.

The Toxic singer is seen in the photos standing in a bikini next to Sean Preston as she lights up. The curious toddler holds a lighter in one hand and reaches for a pack of his mother's Marlboros with the other.

Taken from the star's Beverly Hills, California home, Spears is snapped reaching down for the pack to stop her curious son taking them.

Studies have proven links between second-hand smoke and childhood illnesses, including ear infections, bronchitis, asthma and other respiratory ailments.

Look people make mistakes and yes, Britney has made her share. Why is it that you find it necessary to pick at each and every thing this poor woman does?????? Give her a break, I'm sure none of you at this publication are perfect parents either.

She lit a ciggarette - outside!! Come on let's cut her some slack. Sheesh lighten up on the poor girl!! I can't imagine what it would be like if every little oopsie I made was published! Wow!

Good lord, give her a break! Kevin smokes too, and yet he doesn't get slagged off for it! Britney was outside, I'm sure there are people doing worse things to children all over the world, get a grip!

Leave her alone, it was ouside, it is safer to smoke outside around a child then inside where smoke clouds up and is harder to move away from the child.
