Heather Mills Spends Fortune On 'Divorce Holiday'

She pays out 250K for family and friends...

Heather Mills is blowing a quarter of a million pounds on a ‘divorce holiday’ for friends and family.

The former model will be joined by 25 of her friends and family at Richard Branson's £24,000 a night Caribbean resort Necker Island, as a thank you for their support following her acrimonious divorce battle with Sir Paul McCartney.

A friend tells the Sunday Mirror, “Heather was insistent she wanted somewhere she couldn't be photographed.

"She didn't care about the cost... all that mattered was they'd be completely alone.

“She said she was going to remortgage one of her houses to pay for it, although no one believed that for a moment. There's no doubt this is all down to the Macca millions she's about to collect."

  • She really IS doing a Princess Diana "acting out" turn here isn't she. One small problem: People loved Diana-most anyway-and HM?...well I'm sure if one were to use an earth-mover and dig deep enough there IS some good there to be found...anyone? Like Penny though, I'm wondering how long it will take her to run through Pauls' money.Re-mortgaging a HOUSE to pay for a vacation is insane anyway. Well that says it all doesn't it.
